    Hello there!

This is Melina and I am a certified illustrator.

I was surprised, to put it nicely, when I came across my images at your web-site. If you use a copyrighted image without my approval, you need to be aware that you could be sued by the owner.

It’s illicitly to use stolen images and it’s so filthy!

If you don’t delete the images mentioned in the document above within the next few days, I’ll write a complaint against you to your hosting provider stating that my copyrights have been infringed and I am trying to protect my intellectual property.

    Hey there.

I know it seems like Easter is a long way off, but it will be here before we know it! Since I hate scrambling around the week before the Easter Bunny is supposed to show up, I am starting early by putting together a list of cost-friendly, time-saving Easter resources for kids.

Would you be interested in posting it to your site when I’m done? I can send it over (no charge!) if you think your readers would enjoy it. Just let me know. :)

    Thanks so much.

Hi! Do you think your site visitors would be interested in a how-to resource library for new and expecting parents who are tackling the monstrous task of buying and selling their home?

If so, I’d love to put one together.

It’ll be a scannable list full of quick, helpful advice to ease this stressful situation (and still have time for plenty of baby snuggles!). If you like it and think your site visitors would as well, it’ll be yours to share on your site wherever you see fit.

Let me know, please! If you’re interested, I’ll put something together and get it in your inbox shortly.

    Best to you,

    Alex

    Dear Uplift Families,

I am writing to inform your organization of a free event, “Raising Connected, Happy, Successful Kids through the Arts” by Erica Curtis on Sat., Feb. 29, 2020, 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm, Eccles Performing Arts Center, Dixie State University, St. George. (Curtis’s session is free, open to the public; no ticket required.) Visit www.TherapyWithErica.com to learn more.

This session is part of a day-long conference, The Creative Age: Arts Across the Life Span that features another keynote and 14-breakout sessions from Utah and California based artists and therapists.

Jeremy Nobel, MD, MPH, and founder of the Foundation for Art and Healing will deliver the opening keynote on the isolation epidemic that has distributed the social fabric of America. Utah has the 6th highest suicide rate and has 7th fastest aging rate in the nation. Isolation is a real problem.

Dr. Nobel will address how the creative expression and participation in the arts is good for your mental and physical health.

Registration for the full conference (including breakfast and lunch) is only $50. Use promo code UHEA save $10. Learn more at www.artswashco.com or www.engageutah.org

It seems to me that our missions are aligned and I would appreciate the opportunity to collaborate. Can you help me get the word out?

I would be glad to distribute your literature at the conference.

    Hello,

When my first child was born, I wanted to put him in a bubble. From soft spots to sleep positions, there were so many things I worried about. But do you know what made me the most nervous? Driving him around in the car.

I constantly worried, Is the car seat installed correctly? What should I do if my brakes fail or I have some other kind of mechanical issue while he’s in the car? Is the radio too loud? Should I give him his blanket, or is that a safety hazard?

I’d like to write an article for your readers that includes driving safety and car maintenance tips for new parents. The article will be free and unique to your website.

If you’re open to receiving an article, please let me know.

    Thank you for your consideration!

    Hi!

Being a parent is the greatest joy I’ve ever known, but I think any parent would agree when I say it’s also been the biggest challenge. I was reminded this a couple months ago when I was trying to get my youngest to clean his room. One meltdown later (by him, not me – although I was close!), I realized he really didn’t have any sense of responsibility, not even for his own bedroom or his beloved toys.

It got me thinking that this is an experience a lot of parents probably have at one time or another, and while teaching our kids a sense of responsibility over the various aspects of their lives is important, it’s not always easy. That gave me the idea to reach out to sites like yours and offer what I think is a helpful list of ideas for teaching our kids about being responsible:

How to Create a Culture of Accountability in Your Home

    https://www.empoweringparents.com/article/how-to-create-a-culture-of-accountability-in-your-home/

    Developing Good Homework Habits

    https://www.parents.com/kids/education/homework/developing-good-homework-habits/

If there is anything you see on this list that you think would be helpful for the parents who visit your site, I encourage you to add them to one of your pages (maybe this one? – http://upliftfamilies.org/resource). It’s good information to have, obviously, but can be a pain to find.

    Enjoy!

    Hi there,

Halloween is a BIG deal at my house. But as a single dad, I have to be very careful not to overspend when it comes to costumes, candy and decorations.

A big part of my Halloween prep game plan is researching ahead of time to see which stores have the best deals and coupons.

I hate to hog all these savings, so this year, I thought I’d share some of what I’m finding. I’d like to write an article for your website with info on which stores (e.g. Target, Walmart, Amazon) have the best Halloween deals.

If you think this would make a good article, please hit reply and I’ll send it over soon.

    Happy Halloween!

Hello, I don’t know if this is the right site or not. Or who I can go through. I have a 20 year old son that is living with me and his stepdad. We think our son has a mental disorder. Because of he talks to himself, he thinks everyone is out to get him, talking about him. He has stated some info about he wishes his stepdad was dead and when he does die him and his brother are going to laugh and make fun of him. He calls us names. He thinks we are the problem not him. He has worked. He doesn’t work now. But he will not help us out with house work or yard work nothing. He doesn’t want to get a drivers license. Who can we call to get our son HELP. We don’t want him in Jail there is no need for that, but we do think he his schizophrenia.

    Hi,

“Mom, can we go to Disney to meet Mickey?!”

For years, my heart broke when I heard those words. I was a single parent, and I just wasn’t sure that I would ever be able to afford to take my kids on the Disney trip of our dreams. I imagine it’s the same way for many families with children with special needs, as well as foster and adoptive families. Heck, for a lot of two-parent households, a vacation to the most magical place on earth is a budgetary stretch.

But do you know what? Last fall, I did it. I didn’t have to tap into the kids’ college fund, and I didn’t have to eat ramen noodles for months. It took a lot of planning and preparation, but it was so worth it. My kids really did have a magical time, and so did I.

Now, I’d like to share my methods, in hopes that it will help another family do the same, whether they rely on a single income, or there are other circumstances that make money a little tight. I’m working on a blog post now — it’s gonna be about 750 words long and full of practical tips that any parent can use. Can I send it to you (for free) to post on your site? I think it may be just the type of information your readers are looking for, and it could even bring you some new ones. :)

Just let me know if you’re interested, and I’ll send it right over. Thanks so much!

Consider making our fifty-three parenting norms bumper stickers available to the attendees at your events/conferences. Parenting norms on vehicles will be read 1000s of times by 1000s of people of all ages for years to come…a unique and powerful way to get quality parenting information out to the community. Visit advancingparenting.org to read about what we do, why we do it, our plans for the future, and how to order sets of the fifty-three parenting norms bumper stickers.

The best strategy is to have them laid out on three tables… and it does take three tables. Tell the attendees that they may choose one or two for their car(s). Handing them out doesn’t work as well. Some folks don’t put stickers on their cars and everyone who wants one will appreciate the opportunity to make their own choice.
